Engdangered Wildlife Species

By Genet

What are wild animals? Where do they live? Wild animals are the animals that live without human pressure or outside of human areas. They lie in the forest, jungle, in the ocean, and in the snow. The bad news is these animals are in danger. Some of them are very close to dsiappearing. Le’s see some animals that are endangered, like the Ethiopian wolf, panda bears, and polar bears.

The Ethiopian wolf has a bright chestnut colored coat, bushy tail, pointed ears, slender snout, and long legs. This Ehtiopian wolf exists only in Ehtiopia. This animal gets hunted by local people for its skin. Right now, they’re protected.

Pandas are found in China. Pandas are rare today because of hunting. They’re very beautiful and attractive animals. Poachers kill these animals for their hides, which are very expensive.

Polar bears are considered endangered too. Because of global warming and hunting, and especially with global warming, their habitat is melting. Polar bears live only in the Arctic.

Clearly these animals are endangered. Climate, global warming,a nd humans put all these animals in danger. Right now, the Ethiopian wolf, panda bears, and polar bears are protected.

  1. Thanks, Genet, for bringing this important issue to our attention. Most of us probably knew about the polar bear and the panda bear as endangered species, but the danger to the Ethiopian wolf is probably new knowledge for us.
