How to Gain Weight

Do you want to gain weight? Actually, some my friends have asked me how to gain weight. I must be specialist in gaining weight. Gaining weight is very easy when you follow my instructions!!

First of all, foods you eat are important. If you like healthy food like vegetables, it is not good if you want to gain weight. You must eat a big meal like hamburgers or big meat. Then, you go to bed quickly after eating meal. So, the nutrition you took is assimilated easily.

In the next step, not getting enough sleep makes it easy to get fat. We have to sleep about 6-8 hours, but some people cannot get enough sleep. They can gain weight more easily than people who have enough sleep.

The last step, you do not do sports or intense activity. You can watch the TV on holiday with a lot of snacks. Or you can lie down and read magazines with McDonald’s every day. Eating cakes and sweets, and drinking coke and juice will easily make you fat. I think this way it is easy to gain weight.

In summary, gaining weight is very easy for me. If you want to gain weight, you can ask me or follow these instructions. However, having too much weight is not good for your health. In addition, I want to know how to lose weight.
