Friedrich Froebel - A Famous Person

Friedrich Froebel founded the first kindergarten in the world. He was born in Thurigen, Germany on April 21, 1782. He named his first school "kindergarten," which means children's garden.
First of all, he entered Jena University, but he couldn't pay the tuition. Therefore, he dropped out of school. In 1805, he went to Frankfurt to find work. After that, in 1835, he went to Switzerland. Suddenly, someone asked him to work training teachers. He gradually became interested in child education.
In the course of time, he founded kindergarten on June 28, 1840.
Finally, on June 21, 1852, he passed away. His idea about child education still come down to us today.
