By Vincent Chan
Note: The original article appeared in the December/January 2009 issue of CosmoGirl, p. 102-105. The assignment was to write a summary of the article.
In “Taylor Swift: The Phenomenon,” the author discusses Taylor Swift’s success of being a singer. Since she started singing in public, she has struggled with the underwhelming responses. However, nothing could stop her ambition. All the disadvantages only contrarily made her work harder. As a result, she has become famous by releasing her records, earning lots of music awards and influencing more people to have an inclination to country music. Moreover, lots of contributions and donations that she made prove her true philanthropism.
